Kashyap is a third generation valuer. He commenced his valuation career with his father in early 2000 in Mumbai, India. He advised several multi-national corporations and large businesses on asset valuation primarily for business mergers and acquisitions. He moved to Australia in 2005, where he worked with renowned valuation firm Rushton Valuers and then with the Australian Valuation Office (business line of Australian Taxation office) where he assisted clients on insurance and financial reporting matters. He prepared extensive valuation review advise on external valuation report for the authorities. He established valuation practice in the year 2012.
Kashyap is a certified valuer with over 25 years of professional experience, specialising in property, plant, and equipment valuation. He possesses expertise in various valuation methodologies and purposes, including insurance, financial reporting, business combinations, landholder duty, impairment assessments, audits, taxation, asset reconciliation, asset verification, asset register reconstruction, loan security evaluations, insolvency proceedings, family law matters, and expert reports for commercial litigation.
Some of his notable assignments include the valuation of property, plant, and equipment for large corporate firms involved in business mergers and acquisitions, and insurance valuation of property portfolios for not-for-profit organisations. He has successfully provided valuation services to various levels of Government and large multi-national corporations like,

Kashyap has successfully completed expert valuation reports for property and plant and machinery assets for submission to the Local Court, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
He has previously served as a Chair of the Plant and Machinery study discussion group and as a conference committee member for the National Plant and Machinery Valuation Conference of the Australian Property Institute. Additionally, he presented a paper on the impairment of plant and machinery assets at the International Conference on Plant Machinery and Equipment in 2005 in Hong Kong.
