About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Consultant within Real Estate Valuation Advisory services to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality property valuations across residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely property valuations for various purposes, insurance, financial reporting, taxation, family law, land acquisition and legal disputes.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports with well-supported conclusions.
• Provide expert advice to clients, insurer, auditors and stakeholders on valuation methodologies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property markets, legislation, and valuation best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior valuers, ensuring high professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with API, IVSC or other relevant industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) or equivalent professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, API).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in property valuation, with expertise in residential/commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience in going concern valuations and specialise asset class such as hotel, childcare centre, aged care, petrol station is an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in valuation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CoreLogic, RP Data).
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, client communication and attention to detail skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site inspections.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Valuer – Plant and Machinery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and independent valuations of industrial equipment, machinery, and other high-value infrastructure assets for business mergers and acquisitions, insurance, financial reporting, family law and litigation purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of plant, machinery, and equipment across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, mining, construction, transport).
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with international valuation standards (IVS).
• Perform on-site inspections, condition assessments, and market research.
• Provide expert advice to clients, insurers, and legal entities on asset valuation and depreciation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting asset values.
• Mentor junior valuers and ensure quality control in valuation processes.
• Liaise with engineers, accountants, auditors and legal professionals as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional accreditation as a Certified Practicing Valuer (Plant and Machinery) from the Australian Property Institute or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in plant & machinery valuation.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and asset depreciation methodologies.
• Proficiency in valuation software and financial modelling. (ie. Microsoft Office and proficient in Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, client communication and attention to detail skills.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections.
